Add new person

  • Log in.
  • Go to 'Add content' in the administration menu, and click 'people'
  • Add all information in the specific fields, publish to 'ISCB student council'.
    • When pasting information in the 'about' field, make sure to click 'summary', and enter one line with the person's affiliations (this is shown next to the pictures in the overviews for each committee).
    • Some fields can be left empty (like the 'quote field'; this is usually for executive team members).


Change the role op persons already in the system

  • Log in.
  • Go to 'Content', and look up the name of the person of which you have to change the role (e.g Alexander from the executive team should also be listed as chair in the awesome web team). The fastest way to find someone is to make sure that you only show items were the content type == people (on top of the page, choose type -> people and select 'filter').
  • Click 'edit', and change the checkboxes that list all the teams and the possible functions/roles.
