Domain Renewal

The domain name (ISCBSC.org) is registered with Go Daddy. The recovery email address is web.iscbsc.org@gmail.com, if anything happens this address is not through the domain. The passwords for the GoDaddy account and this email address are in the KeyPass file.

The domain name should be renewed once a year by May 8th. As of 2017, the process should be that a web or finance committee member based in the US*. should pay for the registration using a credit card. They can then be reimbursed by check from the ISCB. As of 2017 the price of renewal is $19.99/year + taxes ($0.18/yr).

*being in the US is not a requirement, but eases the reimbursement process.

If it didn't happen, I guess we need to make it happen. Not sure how.

Just a reminder, while we don't pay anything for the hosting though dreamhost, we still do have to pay for our own domain name.

Yes, we can email Diane and see what she says. 

I am in the US (and have a US bank account) so I can do reimbursement if thats easiest unless someone on the finance committee
wants to do it. I don't think anyone else on the Web committee is in the US. The price is $19.99 per year plus tax
($0.18/year). We can renew for 1,2,3 or 5 years at once, there is no discount for long-term renewals.
