Adding people to Basecamp

Only Basecamp admins can do this (usually all ET members and committee chairs).

pick company (the Basecamp equivalent of user groups) to add the user to here: https://iscbsc.basecamphq.com/companies
click on ‘Add a new person’ below the chosen company (ISCB Student Council unless the new Basecamp member is primarily an RSG member, than choose that RSG as company)
remember to uncheck ‘Yes, automatically give this person access to all future projects’ when adding an new user to Basecamp.
remember to give the newly added user access to the necessary projects after adding creating the account. New accounts do not have access to any project so this needs to be done for every user. By clicking ‘Edit’ below the user’s name on the user overview page (https://iscbsc.basecamphq.com/companies). Common project access given to new users: ‘General Operations’, ‘SC Social Media Shares’, the Committee the user would like to volunteer in.
